If you are not satisfied with your ML Products, Inc. compatible wide format toner, please call ML Products, Inc. We pledge to resolve your problem or refund your money.

We further guarantee that, when used as directed, ML Products, Inc. compatible wide format toners will not damage your equipment in any way. If at any time the use of a ML Products, Inc. compatible product is cited as a cause of damage to your equipment, please request a written statement as to exactly how ML Products, Inc. compatible products were responsible. This written statement should be on the service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the service company’s field sales and/or service representative. Please forward this report immediately to ML Products, Inc. ML Products, Inc. will remunerate you for the full amount of any and all service, product and/or repair charges for any such valid claim. ML Products, Inc.’s liability under these guarantees shall be limited to the remunerations as stated above.

SELLER HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THESE GOODS OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARITUCULAR PURPOSE. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All goods are shipped upon condition that these terms be accepted by Buyer, if not, Buyer must promptly return the goods and notify the seller in writing. These terms supersede all prior oral or written terms or representations and may be waived or modified only by writing, signed by an officer of Seller.
